A Community Coming Together for Animals

On October 18, 2025, hundreds of animal lovers, business leaders, philanthropists, and community supporters gathered at the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center for Fall Furr Ball, Blue Mountain Humane Society’s premier annual fundraising gala.

The evening featured dinner, live and silent auctions, a Fund-a-Need appeal, and stories demonstrating the impact of community support on animals throughout the Walla Walla Valley.

Together, attendees, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and community partners helped make Fall Furr Ball 2025 one of the most successful events in Blue Mountain Humane Society history.

• Performed 3,162 surgeries

• Supported 228 foster placements

• Distributed more than 20,000 pounds of pet food

• Achieved a 98% live-release rate
